Rachel is a Chartered and State registered Physiotherapist. She has 15 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

Since qualification Rachel has attended extensive post-graduate education in Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Pilates and Movement Dysfunctions. This has enabled the best treatment approach for each individual client.

Emer Coffey

Emer is a musculo-skeletal physiotherapist with 9 years experience. For the last 4 years she has been working in private clinics in Sheffield and Chesterfield, and has helped provide on-site occupational health treatment for local industries. Prior to that, Emer worked in Thornbury Hospital, a local leading private hospital, in both orthopaedics and out-patient departments. She graduated with an honours degree from King’s College, University of London in 1998 and gained wide-ranging experience at a well regarded NHS teaching hospital.

She has acquired extensive musculo-skeletal and sports injuries experience through clinical practice and post-graduate training. Emer uses a variety of techniques such as: manual therapy, soft tissue release, electrotherapy, exercise therapy and Pilates. To provide a high professional standard of care, she frequently updates her skills through expert-led post-graduate courses.

Since completing training to become an APPI certified Pilates Instructor, she has, in the last three years, taught specialised classes and provided individual training in Sheffield. She continues to integrate her Pilates knowledge into her daily physiotherapy practice.
